Shipping Origin (Fulfillment Center)
All orders are fulfilled through our third-party logistics partner (3PShipping) and dispatched from: 855 Conklin St, Unit 1, Farmingdale, NY 11735, USA
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), or U.S. territories.
Shipping Carrier
We ship primarily using UPS. Available UPS services may vary based on your location and package details.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
- Processing includes picking, packing, and handing the parcel to UPS.
- Delivery time starts after dispatch.
Shipping Charges (UPS Calculated at Checkout)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address (state/zone) and your package weight (kg) and shipment details. You will see the final shipping cost before you place your order.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $39 USD (after discounts, before taxes), where available. Eligibility is shown automatically at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery speed depends on the UPS service selected and your destination.
Typical transit estimates after dispatch: 2–7 business days (UPS Ground for most U.S. locations).
Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, severe weather, or carrier delays.
Delivery Window (UPS)
UPS delivery attempts generally occur Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM (New York Time / Eastern Time). Delivery timing is not guaranteed and may vary due to route schedules and carrier conditions.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email (and/or it will appear in your account). Tracking may take some time to update after the first carrier scan.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occur due to weather, high-volume periods, or UPS operational issues. We will assist you with tracking and carrier follow-up where possible.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
- Include your order number and photos (outer packaging + item).
- We will review and support you according to the carrier claim process where applicable.
